the 8-k explains some. you will have to be patient until ACQUISITION and Biz Dev. Plans hit the wires. Until then that is sensitive material that they must divulge. THey can't put it in an i-box if it is not public yet etc as you know.



Just give this a FEW WEEKS and you will see.
