Release the C-ship from fannie/freddie, and the govt will bank with capital gains tax. They win no matter what, and put no risk in your investments but gain nice rewards. Wonder if the govt is tweaking these prices just to get people to act and get wash sales. Conspiracy??? dum dum dum........:/
