It's being filed today. Depending on when auditors approve it will most likely be out after hours or early in the morning.

Here's an email reply by CEO on Saturday-

"We plan to file the 10-Q on Monday and I am working on a press release for then. Maybe the news will be Tuesday, depending on when on Monday our auditors give us the OK to file."
