I beg to differ Everywhere.. Avtar Dhilon ran INO down .He has nothing to do with ONCs.. His son ,runs oncs,not Avtar,.. Correct me if i'm wrong,Strik

Is he not still on the Inovio's board? Because that's what it states still on Inovio's web site.
