Its about lying and hiding information from people. The freaking dirt bag has lied so many times its insane.

First couple of HUGE red flags when i first glanced at the company;

Having the TA gagged so we cant track the dilution is just one thing.

Posting on public message boards lying, yelling and arguing with shareholders.

Sheesh!

I could go on and on.

What about this company is real? How can i trust a CEO that i have seen lie so many times?

Please help me understand? Simple questions no?
