I'm not privy to whom the board members at samp submit their grandiose plans when they sit in their leather clad chairs behind a giant mahogany conference table. I'm sure Michelin, Club Med, Sandals, The Peruvian Board of Tourism would all like to be a fly on the wall at these high level board meetings.
