Its an interesting hypothesis that US laws and Zimbabwe laws do not apply to businesses. Is that true for ALL businesses or just to MBMI and RRHI?

As I said, "We have still not seen any proof of an exception to these laws granted to the company."

As far as the so called "partners" being worried, they have NOTHING to worry about. BHI, Steinbock and Yasheya have no legal concern as they are not required to deal with the MMCZ. They are NOT the exporters from Zimbabwe as the port of Beira is not in Zimbabwe. They are out NOTHING if the company fails to deliver.
