Yea, I always thought this 22nd date was questionable. I'm not sure if it was to get people to sell or get people to hurry up and buy before that date but I knew there was nothing concrete to substantiate that date. It was certainly convenient that the info was only produced after the close on the 9th when everyone already sold.
