#27195 RE: Jacapo #27194

Jacapo - I didn't see that post but here goes.

1. UBRG have bills to pay-must pay- and using the authorized shares for tht purpose, consequently causing the drop in pps.

Answer: The company is using shares to help finance operations until they become self sustaining which is right around the corner. How would you expect them to finance such extreme growth? It does not make sense to do it any other way and is typical from emerging companies. Don't forget, its not the number of shares traded that cause the pps to fall. Its intentional manipulation and in a more perfect world is actually based on the value of the company. If this company begins earning a profit then you could have 500 katrillion (made up word alert) shares outstanding and the demand would keep the pps elevated. This company is in the process of getting there and the value to the market is not strong enough so the manipulators have the upper hand currently. This will not always be the case.

2. Why would so many shareholders sell for spare change? Dosn't make sence.

Answer: I believe it is the new majority owners or people they have "hired" beating down the pps so they can buy your shares for cheap.

3. Where is the data for buys and sells?

Answer: Not sure what you mean by this...data for buys and sells can be seen on any web site but if you are talking about who is selling or buying...that's not something you would have access to anyway. I still have not seen a filing by the new majority owner. That's the question we should be asking btw.

4. Why wouldn't the majority owners finance the Co. they are a part of instead of the float when their own values are taking a hit?

Answer: They provided financing by accepting pmt for the 3.2mil note by taking shares. This essentially gave UBRG 3.2mil to use for expenses. The shares issued are restricted for 6 months...from what I have read about affiliates...so they cannot use them to dilute or drive down the pps and when they do have the right to trade them they are restricted by how many can be sold at a time. Like I said above, if the company is earning a profit...the number of shares they sell will not drop the pps and I don't think they will be selling anyway. I think they know something and plan to be very wealthy. IMO

Hope that helps.
