Share count..the easy way..
This is the way to find out..
One easy way to find out the number of shares outstanding..and who is the transfer agent,,, ASK your broker to put some shares in your name and send them to you..If more than one person does so,, hopefully some one will get a GFCI cerf and will be able to report the name of the transfer agent to other board members..Then have your broker call and ask for a share count.. You have the right to have shares put into your name...hank
