Would need a catalyst. The MMS want as low of volume as they can get. Otherwise, they can't control the action as well.

It all comes down to how long it takes for ink to dry, imo. :-D

If there is a share structure change included in whatever deal may or may not be happening, it could take a bit longer; thus help the MMs play their game.

I don't know what the news is, but I feel I understand the ballpark. Technically, I don't even know if there is any news. But there are degrees of speculation.

I feel safe in this one lol.
