#13038 RE: caedward #13037

I wouldn't call Mr. George a crook, just an awful businessman. He and his former associate conceived EVPH which had a flawed business plan right from the start. Both he and the former CEO turned sales manager talked a BIG GAME but were nothing but paper tigers.

IMO a little research will show that Mr. George and Mr. Bethke were in business long before EVPH and they were no strangers to failure.

There is no excuse for anyone to have held onto stock in EVPH as management never met an objective or reached one of the many targets that they set for themselves over the last three years.

IMO Mr. George owes an explanation to all shareholders as to what the problems have been. He has never made a public statement other than boasting and bragging about forward looking events.

A few shareholders spoke to him regularly and he appeased them by telling them things that they wanted to hear. MR. GEORGE, HOW ABOUT ISSUING A STATEMENT TO YOUR STUCKHOLDERS?
