I wondered, too, about that wording concerning option on other securities. It made me wonder if they were raising money for NNLX but including option to buy into some sort of coming spinoff from the company. But so far almost any wondering or speculation about NNLX has proved not to be correct, so I am just waiting and hoping for more info.

Makes sense to be able to raise funds should expansion become an issue. If our sales increase enough, we may never need to use this.
