Well genius he isnt my buddy he is the CEO of IMAG the new company and his email is public for anyone to use and he cant release a PR smart guy because he isnt the CEO or anything of VDSC. He said that if Peter didnt say anything he would meaning to Peter and you see that PR from Peter this week about the divy??? Well that is Ed saying something and Peter putting out a PR. Is the lightbulb on yet????

Finally got my service back.Let me make one point clear. Alas is not my company. I am just like you , a shareholder. I advised?Peter ?on July 8th that a simple press release stating that FINRA had change the date would have satisfied all shareholders He?stated he was going to wait until they give him the date for the dividend in writing..Understand one thing , FINRA will only give the date to ALAS. Even though in the eyes of the SEC we are separate Companies. If Peter does not make a statement tomorrow, I will?? If you have any other questions , give me a call


FINRA will only give the date to ALAS meaning Peter. Peter said he is waiting for the date from FINRA in writing. Peter put out a PR on Wednesday.

Is there any more confusion on this?

For one thing ED has no authority to put out anything about VDSC. ED will be running IMAG.
he is just a shareholder of VDSC like us. Peter has been very open in keeping us informed. look at all the PR's since March. If you still question things after that then you have different agendas for being here.
Peter is the real deal.
