The SEC RVPL complaint did not say anything about Spam, review the information again. They are stating and looking at very serious other items.

This gives the SEC a chance to ask questions and the issuer to reply.

If it were just a matter of asking some questions the SEC would have done that BEFORE they suspended the stock. The SEC did a investigation and came to the conclusion that a suspension was needed to warn future investors that something is seriously wrong with the stock. Very few will invest in a SEC suspended Grey Market stock...
