I believe this company was legit at some point, but that point is a very long time ago, with a completely different share structure as well. Looking at old news, they seemed to be pretty heavily involved in online gambling sites, which was a very lucrative business before the gov pretty much shut that down.

I see revenues back in 08 and 09, and then things completely went downhill, and nothing got reported for a while. what was finally reported was unaudited figures.
