Sabby recognized what it meant when Celgene Corporation (a $55B market cap company) got behind TNGN. There is no way this company should have a market cap of only $4.47M from what I can see. If we gave all the information of TNGN to your average OTC trader without showing them the PPS, what do you think they would estimate the market cap to be? Granted their estimates would be meaningless, but I think most would agree a lot higher than $4.47M (idiots on most of the other message boards I read want to value the damn ticker at ONVO's market cap).

Most OTC companies have fraud management, are insolvent, and only have value b/c of paid promotions (which all end the same way). One must be careful with every ticker - especially on the OTC - but this company is certainly not a fraud or a P&D.

Tickers that go up fast will always have bumps along the way, but this seems like a good hold to me (wish I read the news on July 1).

Watch...didn't mean to call you out. I made an assumption that you were trying to cast doubt about the validity of this company as an investment. So I do apologize :)

I agree with Ron on this, if the institutions and Celgene see the value in this technology then I follow the money as well. I have performed DD and feel comfortable in saying this company is undervalued not only from the fact they are trading well under cash but the IP that they hold as well. Go dive in on their website and get familiar with their products! Very interesting stuff!

Best of luck to u!
