Before you consider that, keep in mind that if AAPT taps .0081 it will be considered a triple bottom since 1/23/13. Often a launching pad for bottom feeders...In addition, AAPT has tapped .009 4 times since 4/9/13...constituting higher lows...
Just an area to consider potential volitility, even tho we all know pennies are junk from the get go...
