N ° 058-2007-EM and amended by Supreme Decree No. 013-2012-EM, by SK INNOVATION, PERUVIAN BRANCH, for TRUJILLO BASIN GULF UNITED ENERGY LTD., BRANCPERUVIAN, and modification of that License Agreement. In addition, authorize PERUPETRO SA to subscribe to these firms, with the intervention of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru, the Assignment of Contract position in the License Agreement in Block Z-46.

May 27, 2013 - Peru's energy and mines ministry on Saturday approved the transfer of a 40% stake in the Z-46 offshore block from South Korean SK Innovation Co Ltd (KRX:096770) to Gulf United Energy Inc (OTCMKTS:GLFE).
The contract for the block, approved in 2007, was originally signed by oil agency Perupetro and SK Energy, later renamed to SK Innovation. In 2010, Gulf United Energy reached an agreement to acquire the said 40% stake.
The ministry authorised Perupetro to sign a new exploration and production contract that will include Gulf United Energy as a party.
The block is located off the coasts of Lambayeque and La Libertad regions.
