I attended the advanced personal injury trial seminar last week in Dallas. There was a section on picking a jury in which they addressed the public perception of lawyers. They showed that advertisement, and everyone cracked up. It's a real ad being ran in Houston. There's a personal injury attorney here that runs ads of about the same "quality." Anyway, I just thought it was pretty funny, even though I'm still surprised the Texas State Bar approved it.
