07/10/2013 13 ORDER GRANTING SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION'S 1 MOTION TO COMPEL: It is further ORDERED that Iridium, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2013, produce any and all documents, to the extent they have not already been produced, that are responsive to the SEC's December 5, 2012 subpoena. To the extent that Iridium claims that any documents are privileged, Iridium shall provide information in a detailed and comprehensive privilege log that enables the SEC to properly evaluate Iridium's claims of privilege. It is further ORDERED that Farmer appear, no later than Friday, August 16,2013, at a mutually agreeable date and time for testimony in accordance with the December 5, 2012 subpoena. It is further ORDERED that Farmer, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2013, produce any and all documents that are responsive to the SEC's December 5, 2012 subpoena.
