Its very fast paced most of the time. I look at my daily and weekly charts to find out where trading is going to be for that week. then trade off of my 60,15,5 and 1 minute charts. I took a trade a little past midnight last night. The S&P is over bought and I shorted 4 contracts for a 10 point gain. We will see how it works out today. Could turn into a weekend hold
