Dredge to be fair that's semantics. SNEY currently cannot operate on the concession since they have no valid license to operate.
If it comes across better I would be more than happy to change my posts to suspended as opposed to lost but the outcome and effect on the company are the same currently.

Yes invite to APPLY for a renewal----In no manor is the application a guarantee (though I imagine it will go through). The MoM will take the application and make a decision as to whether Allied Mining are allowed to operate once again.
Yes suspension is until further notice....Hence there is no end date, its indefinite right now. If it said suspended for 14 days or 30days than great no big deal but they said until further notice.
I think we need to remember that a license to operate a business is paramount. No wording changes the effect on how bad things are when you have your operating license suspended.
No need for word games with SNEY, its simply a monster screw up by SNEY and all investors are hoping it turns out ok.
