I was a true believer and was conned by Dan as well. I'm so sorry he got you too and all of us for that matter.

As to litigation or indictment for anything the smooth talking liar said would be swept away under forward looking statements.

I'm afraid short of a civil suit, Dan is going to walk without fear of consequences. A civil action would be incredibly expensive and he'd simply file for protection under the bankruptcy laws and walk again.

If anyone has any legal theory that could be used against Dan, I'd love to read it.
