If Scott could only follow through with his PR from five years ago issue Audited Financials these questions would not remain unanswered. Unfortunately, Scott failed to follow through with his PR and he leaves investors asking questions. Why can't he issue audited financials? Why can't he explain to investors why he can't issue them? What is he trying to hide?

If you are assuming that Scott is a FT shareholder then you are agreeing that he is financing exploration expenses out of his own pocket. This seems to contradict your previous claims that he was embezzling money last year. I think you're working yourself closer to the truth.

I have never said Scott is embezzling. But saying he is the FT shareholder does not in any way prove Scotts honesty.

I will give your point of view the benifit of the doubt and say Scott is the FT shareholder.

Scott is taking the cash out of his own pocket and financing SRSR.

Then he is taking the money he loaned SRSR and paying himself a paycheck with it.

Then he is writing off the costs of exploration SRSR didnt do against the paycheck he paid himself.

And in the end the company will need to sell off assets to pay the interest on the loans Scott made to SRSR so SRSR could pay Scott so he could make loans to SRSR.

Yeah..... being the FT shareholder proves he is innocent .....

The problem is not that this is what Scott is doing. The problem is Scott could do this and you wouldnt have a clue.

The shareholders here deserve transparency. They get nothing but fog.

Its OK though, If the above scenario was the way it was going nobody should worry. They still have their shares of SRSR and it will most likely only be selling off a single asset to pay off the debt. Probably only the subsidiary. Your shares of SRSR are safe. And there is really nothing of value in the sub right?
