Total speculation on your part, no one even knows if Circ will remain in business as a viable revenue making company.
From what I have personally seen these last few months, Circ appears to be one of the many sub-penny stocks that eventually winds up in the elephants burial grounds.
Lets ask Dennis Rodman? at least his OTCQB brnd product will make $$ for the short term ....maybe DR and CIRC can get together like peanut butter & chocolate and give us a new vodka creation
