it had everything to do with kimpshee stock runner an illegal pumper that pumps/dumps and will do it often nothing to do with jim or promos...that's why it came on sec radar,that combined with no filings as when a contract came along he would use those funds to get caught up...now that stock promodump co. was so stupid it didn't care as long as it could dump over a dollar pps...which it did,thats why its not here anymore,it did the same on ps-w/st-tn/wa-r/ap-i/sn-l all going to dollars and dumoing on unsuspection ones but youd be surprised to know how many no longer follow that company,it hurts investors and stocks like this one
