Definitely appreciated seeing the Hodges in action. The team definitely relies on one another and has a history of sales success. Ron comes across very like able, like everyone's favorite golf buddy. At the same time he surrounds himself with a strong support team. And the other brother on the executive team comes across like the Wolf of Wall Street, he has a killer instinct with a quiet confidence. Both these guys have what it takes to continue their milestones of county, and city municipal account acquisitions.
Their attorney, Mr Sergeant at Arms was forced to throw a wet blanket on some of the best questions during the meeting, yet that's his role, as the official meeting was in session.
As for what new information was disclosed or what intimate details revealed, these types of developments essentially don't occur at shareholder meetings IMO, you show up vote, shake hands, ask a few questions. And possible have a drink.
As for what we voted on I would like to take a look at each motion in my next post.
I believe the meeting was a success, those folks on the east coast can hopefully come out next year.
