You have to decide for yourself whether something is worth buying.

Based on my own personal trading rules - see how I defined an OTC tradeable ticker in the intro to this board - I don't consider this ticker tradeable. I can't look at every ticker, so I have a pretty simple system to weed out most tickers on the OTC (ie, I only trade the liquid tickers).
