AZ Cowboy: who would sell them shares? Not me.

If it was done, why didn't some of the big sellers already dump? I know us regular posters have a fair amount, but we don't have the full 29MM of O/S shares.

Remember the Company's challenge is the first, and currently only, challenge to the immense and frequently unbridled powers of federal bank regulatory agencies during the current financial crises.

It came down to a game of chicken that was played out on paper and in the courtroom and in the end BS got them by the balls..

If this case was such a joke and not merit based, the DC District Court would have stamped it as such and it would have never even made it into ABJ's courtroom.
