I strongly disagree. I believe the evidence will show that VPLM was in the right and they were scammed by a known woman beater in Francis Assifuah and his partner in Crime Brent Russell.
I also firmly believe that this case will ZERO bearing on the future of VPLM, the patent portfolio and the eventual large gain for the shareholders.

If you're simply looking at the facts of the VP case, I'm just curious, how can you determine people's feelings? Bringing up plaintiff's criminal history isn't "character assassination" as you mention (sounds like you're taking it personal) and you can bet everything that the VP lawyers handling this case have done the same and probably know more then what's ever been mentioned herein.

You say that "I am not concerned with kippings, chang, assifuah or russells past. I am only concerned with the current case and allegations."

Although, your previous posts state the following:

"While you are at it please run background check on all parties including Kipping, Chang, Russell, Assif, Bletmitsky and Kornlite too. (all parties)."

"I did check on that and I do not see any history. Are you sure there are convictions?"

Not sure what the motives are here against VP as I truly don't understand how you can simply be looking at the facts of this case and draw a conclusion that VP is in "dooo dooo". Even if there were a need for VP to settle, which there isn't, they could do it quite easily.
