Agree, if "SHEA" is selling shares at the "BOTTOM", then he is not to intelligent, and indicates that "SHEA" has no hope that GDSM will go much higher! If you want to raise cash, surely you would get the price moving to a much higher level. But, the action of GDSM speaks louder than "WORDS". Almost everyone was looking for a "POP" yesterday, did not happen. So "SHEA" get the "ATTORNEY LETTER FILED" make GDSM current, and move GDSM forward not backwards?

Who knows? Don't really care at the moment. The turn around of GDSM won't happen in a day. Investors want to see results first. Until then, load when you can IMO because this PPS won't be around forever.
