My thoughts are that the VP BOD is working on something large.
It seems obvious to me that there is no BOD interest in current SP, or there would've been PRs already placed, at least for E911.
I mean why waste the money on PRs that will maybe pop the SP to .10-.20 when you could be in the midst of an acquisition of a much larger scale, right? Even though I would LOVE to see the PRs.

Regarding the previously released "acquisition talks" PR. How far out do you guys think that is and what PPS is realistic, $.50, 1.00?
