On who's money ? How many shares were issued for the 2 down payments of 70k and 90k$. Why haven't those shares been disclosed yet ? How does he get that payment under rule 144? OH wait a minute, Chuck Gullo is now a member of the company. He can sell the 50mil free trading S8 shares..
His monthly payments can be taken as convertible preferred shares..
