And no SEC filings. They are now over 3 months overdue with the 10-K. SEC revocation is a given. The only question is when will it happen?

But neither is a surprise. The Company is flat-broke and dead. The only surprise is that it took this long. I feel badly for the creditors, who were probably strung along with promises and now have no hope of collection.
