Great Job ! Very informative response SITS it has a rusty SS past however I think they have made enough mistakes to let it breath enough for us here IMO.

That procedure is accurate in an ideal world... the pinksheets are not an ideal world.

All one needs to do is pay a crooked lawyer to write an opinion letter and <poof> the shares are free trading. Happens almost daily on the pinksheets.

Why is the TA gagged? Ungag the TA and we'll all know the truth...

Thanks for the info Mahp32. I think is pretty clear now how restricted shares can be traded.
