Thanks MM/SH. I got the Oklahoma tidbit from the SEC filing on the agfeedinc.com site. Another interesting piece of info is that if they get a better bid than the 79M, they owe Maschoffs a 3.16M cancellation fee. Therefore, they'd need to clear 82.16M with some other bidder.

Cut from the 8K: the Maschhoffs would purchase and acquire from the Sellers, substantially all of the assets of the Sellers, excluding the Sellers’ operations in Oklahoma (the “Transaction”).
