I am glad your relative got some help, and that you bought in at this low price. I am not saying that ITNS is a "scam," meaning a blatant lie out to defraud people. Others hold that view. But I am also critical of some of their past antics and unfulfilled "promises."

Any number of medical practitioners may or may not help you, in spite of the best intentions, money spent, and reams of literature. The medical field is one where each person needs to be personally engaged to make up their own minds.
