I am looking at these awards as the counterpart to the Patriot Act. Lots of bitching from the opposition for political positioning, which will amount to nothing.
The JDZ is like the Executive Branch. What they do in this situation is nobody's business, especially the extreme wings of the legislature.
I think Neves is the Russ Feingold of San Tome...always whining and looking for someone to line his pockets.
In both cases the "deep pockets" are probably Muslims. In Fiengold's case there is no "probably" about it.
