PMCM REBOUNDING & BREAKING OUT AGAIN. Its going to happen so lock and load while its dirt cheap. I'm loading a boat load more down here on this small pullback and when it turns it will run to .03 and then .05 short term.

Some dilution yes...but shorts took advantage of the profit taking..they will need to cover tomorrow .01+
