I really really hope you are right.
I hold 500k shares of this and I will continue to hold.
I think this thing could go to .5 and maybe even beyond in the future.

I think they are legit, but the longer we wait for a PR or the website to be launched the more I grow weary.

I think they might just be really busy and/or have a really crappy marketing/PR team, but I really hope we see something soon.

A website launch, wsj article, big pr, or anything relevant will drive the price up 100-200% easily

Suspecious minds have usually been burnt many times; that is the box they have to think outside of in order to evalulate a stock fairly. There are many things different about this stock than most penny stocks that burn. Ok to be on guard, but know this is not your average penny box.
