The company has just issued stock to and cash to Digifonica (International) plus cash. That is the reason for the Authorized Shares increase. We can expect, or should expect, significant news from the company about all their past transactions and those transactions moving forward.

This is almost in the bag and I think we all will be happy campers eventually.
