Glasgow is just a big fish with no affiliation to the company, so who knows how he is going to vote. The 3rd party investors can vote however, but I'm sure they have already met with mgmt and approved of this restructing behind closed doors so no, it probably won't matter. Between us and Glasgow we only make up 30% of the shares lol
