I doubt they'll let anyone see a list. But, unless the additional authorized is being used to the benefit of the existing shareholders, I find it to be unethical, if they're just lining their pockets. IMHO
They're probably see the offers coming in and just figure, why not issue ourselves more of the pie.
I mean, didn't they just issue it drastically a few months ago. What, did they miss calculate that a few others needed to get paid.
