I didn't find another sub-penny stock that has cash in the bank, no significant debt, no dilution in 3 years, technology that decreases our dependency on foreign oil, contracts w/ the US ARMY, and is working w/ Navistar, Argonne National Labs, National Science Foundation, and Michigan Tech University.
