New promo tickers are easy to find; review the top traded list on OTC (posted on ihub.com's main page and through "Data Tools"). Any promo worth trading will make it to at least the top 30 traded for the day; preferably, the top 15 (top 30 is good enough to start). When a new ticker appears on the list, research it. Start with the links I posted on the intro to this board.
