True. What happened when the agreement was terminated?.....

In September 2011, the Company terminated a consulting agreement with CFOs to Go, Inc.,.....

We see Matriarch, another Hipple company being "created" in September 2011 (link below). I'm sure it wasn't an attempt to hide his involvement even though the company was DARK and couldn't issue shares.
