LordFauntleroy, I based this .25 forecast only on my opinion and using the knowledge of the recent news and speculation of news which should be coming in the weeks ahead.
First off I am not an expert, so take this for what it is worth. I gauged a time frame using the pattern which is now forming on the weekly chart to be 5 to 6 weeks out.
