So if the prevalent sentiment is we will not have a deal until the lawsuits are settled then why in the world wouldn't PPHM just drop the case and sign the partnership deal? The most they can probably get is 10 million when we are talking about billions of dollars in a partnershipt,The reason is simple because that is not the case imo. I sure hope this does go to trial so all the facts come out. After all, Carlton Johnson really wants to get to the bottom of this. All imo.
