One thing for sure, SVFC PPS will be going up next week just as she did this week and last week and the previous week....PPS have been going up over 40% every single week since Hanover started selling into the market.... some of us here, including me believe that it is a blessing that we could be able to snatch this SVFC shares at a huge sale price, compliment of Hanover.

This is really my first time doing this so correct me if im wrong.... From the 8k

Specifically, the total number of shares of Common Stock to be issued to Hanover pursuant to the Settlement Agreement shall be equal to the sum of: (i) the quotient obtained by dividing (A) $706,765.38 by (B) 55% of the average of the lowest 10 VWAPs of the Common Stock over the 80-consecutive trading day period immediately following the date of issuance of the Initial Settlement Shares


Looking at the chart for the 10 lowest days i counted 7 days under .02 cents and 3 days around .025....
Which means 55% of the lowest 10 VWAPS would be .01 or maybe less :(.....


Now for the calculation

706765 divided by .01= 70,676,500 shares!!!



Hanover is making mad money on this!!!
